Sound-refined concert guitars
- Aged tonewoods
- Traditional instrument making (fan bracing)
- Optimized for selected soft strings
- Easy to play, fine nuances, variety of tonal colours
- Made in Europe
Plucked with the fingers, without a plectrum, the traditional classical guitar responds to the finest playing nuances.
Unfolded instruments are also distinguished by their rich overtone content and almost polyphonic ’singing‘ resonance.
Modern concert guitar strings enormously expand the tonal range. However, experience shows that many concert guitars do not harmonize optimally with these demanding strings.
A Timbre Guitar is specifically optimized for the selected strings. Different models with their own distinct tonal character are available.
These guitars are strung, sound-refined, and unfolded by guitarist, improviser, and composer Andreas Paolo Perger at the KlanGalerie [klaŋɡaləʁˈiː] Berlin.
